After traveling through the western United States for many years the Weaver Family learned to enjoy coffee in the coffee capital of the U.S, Seattle. Having acquired the taste of fine coffee, the research began. After three years of trial and mostly error we finally came to the conclusion that we should open a coffee house in our little hometown of Sugarcreek! With this in mind, Mr. Weaver jumped into his truck and drove coast to coast looking for America's finest coffee spot. After a long trip of finding mostly under performing poorly trained shops he did find a few he liked. Building what is in our mind the finest coffee house we began serving with pride the finest coffee available. We hope that this coffee experience is as fun for you as it is for us.
At Wallhouse Coffee we pride ourselves in purchasing and roasting the
finest high quality coffee available to mankind. After receiving one of
these highly prized selections, it undergoes an extensive tasting and
quality assurance inspection. Wallhouse prides itself in being equiped
with the most technologically advanced roasting equipment available.
These roasters use the highly advanced hot air fluid method instead of
the old cylindrical drum roaster available since the 1800's. These hot
air roasters make use of high speed air to suspend the coffee in heat
creating the perfect roast. The benefit of this is that there is no
residual oils left in the drum to taint the flavor of new and exciting
blends, and their is no chaff left for the roaster to incinerate which
creates a nasty smokey flavor. We want you to enjoy the finest the world
